Kool Deck Restoration

Kool Deck that is still intact can be restored at a cost significantly less than replacing it.  Many contractors will not tell you this but if your original Kool Deck still has a solid bond you can restore it back to its original beauty.

Our Simulated Flagstone is hand carved by craftsmen with years of knowledge and experience working with real flagstone.  This allows us to deliver a surface that is more realistic in both pattern and style.  Our surfaces are not "Cookie Cutter" with blocks and lines that break up the surface but with stones and grout lines that flow thru the whole surface.

Acid Staining (Photos 1, 2, 3)

Most companies only offer as few as 7 colors of stain.  At Custom Coatings by Design we offer 20+ colors so you can match a stain with almost any color in your home.  Our Acid Stains come with 2 coats of commercial grade sealer, which makes them virtually un-stainable.  Acid stains are one of the most difficult of all the coatings to perfect.  Our craftsmen have hundreds of successful jobs that you can see and touch prior to deciding on this surface for your home or patio.

Our methodical prep work prior to putting on any garage floor epoxy is why we are a leader in this product.  In order to ensure a perfect job we always:  acid etch the concrete, we degrease all oil spots, we power wash and we only use top of the line materials on your garage floors.  With unlimited colors and patterns we can turn your garage into a showroom,  

We offer 2,4 & 5 coat applications.  We can also accommodate commercial applications that require specialty finishes.  We also offer a 4 coat paint chip epoxy system.
